Projects:

Hamilton Partners Tower:

21 stories, located in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City. The tower is being constructed by SOM and construction is slated for September of '06.

LDS Church Residential and Mall Development:

Little is known about this development, except that there are plans for at least 900 residential units. No renderings outside the old ones from October '03 have been released. The first plans had two 20ish story residential towers, along with the new mall development; however it's been said the plans have changed dramatically.

Zions Bank Tower

Zions Bank has purchased the old Gateway East Tower and will upgrade the tower with a new facade and updated offices. Originally a class 'B' office tower, the new Zions Bank Tower will offer class 'A' office space and its upgraded look will match that of its neighbor, the Gateway West Tower -- which opened up in 1998. Construction of the new facade has started and completion should be set for spring '06.

Salt Palace Expansion:

The Salt Palace Convention Center is being expanded and should complete the total expansion by spring of '06.
